We offer the following services:
- General Pest Control (1–time service)
Treat inside and outside with liquid sprays, baits, or granules, depending on circumstances. All accessible areas of structure will be treated, including attic and crawl space. This one-time service carries no warranty and return visits will be charged accordingly.

- Quarterly Pest Control Services
These offer the same quality service as One-time Pest Control Service and come with a three-month warranty and complete Termite and Moisture Inspection on the first initial visit. Mice and rats are also included with this service. There is no contract to sign. We will call you every three months to schedule your next visit.*

*If you are interested in receiving quarterly pest control service, you must notify the office or your service technician upon his arrival. Then we will contact you every three months to schedule your next visit.
- Bees (except Honeybees)
Start at $125.00 depending on location and circumstance.
PEST CONTROL SERVICES DO NOT INCLUDE “Casual Invaders” or Wood Destroying Organisms. “Casual Invaders” will be charged individually on a case by case basis. “Casual Invaders” are insects that don’t typically infest a home, such as: certain Beetles, Caterpillars, Centipedes and Millipedes, Scorpions and Springtails, etc. Quotes are available on request.
- Termite Inspections – $65.00
All accessible areas of the sub-structure and garage are inspected for the presence of any wood-destroying organisms, including beetles and fungi. If any problems are found, we will give you a quote on any treatment necessary to correct the problem. Termite treatments are priced by the linear footage (not square footage) of the structure. Chemical costs vary depending upon product used therefore Termite/Beetles/Fungi treatments are all priced individually.
- Termite Treatments – Priced Individually
We treat with non-repellant chemicals. We do offer repellants, but do not advise them. When your house is treated for termites, we drill all double brick foundation walls, support columns, and attached slabs. We trench foundations walls inside and outside the crawl space and around all support columns. The amount of chemical usage and drill hole spacing are applied as per label instructions. All visible drill holes are patched and trenches are filled in. We offer a 5-Year Warranty with yearly renewable inspection fee.
- Warranty
Existing houses will be issued a retreat agreement (with yearly renewable inspection fee) only due to possibilities of hidden damages, etc. Retreat agreement simply means that if we find any evidence of termites during the warranty period, your home will be retreated at no cost to you. Warranties are transferable. Repair warranties can only be issued on new homes that we initially treated.
- Pre-Treats
Residential and New Construction Pre-treats – $225.00 up to 2500 sq. ft.
Commercial Pre-treats – .09 cent sq. ft. above 2500 sq. ft.
- Moisture Control – priced individually
Moisture problems can be corrected several different ways and some can be performed by the homeowner. We will advise you on the best way to correct your moisture problems. However, we will be more than happy to perform the work for you. Some steps that may be taken are: installation of moisture barriers, changing or adding foundation vents, rerouting or adding additional downspouts, etc. Quotes are available upon request.
- Wood Destroying Fungi Treatments – priced individually
Most wood-destroying fungi problems can be taken care of with moisture control methods. Fungi cannot grow without elevated wood moisture levels. Some chemicals are available to treat wood-destroying fungi, but regardless, wood moisture levels have to be controlled before chemicals can be applied.

- Trash Outs
Trash out is simply the removal of furniture, equipment and stored articles left behind by former occupants. Estimates available upon request.
